Step 1 (Enquiry) - Simply call us or visit one of our showrooms where one of our Design Consultants will be more than happy to discuss your requirements such as colour/style of doors worktops and appliances. We stock hundreds of sample doors and numerous colours of granite/Laminate worktops. Once we know what meets your needs our Design Consultant will make an appointment to visit your home and discuss an appropriate plan.

Step 2 (Home Visit) - Our Design Consultant will measure and discuss layouts with you advising where ever possible the best ideas, due to the many Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms we have already installed the ideas to overcome awkward layouts is easy.

Our Design Consultant will then discuss with you any other works you require such as Tiling, Electrics, Plumbing and even those small building works if required. We have the expertise to deliver any works required to complete your installtion with complete ease.

Step 3 (Presentation Package) - Our Designer will then return all the information to our office where a computer generated 3D plan will be created together with an itemised listing of products and works. We endevour to cover all aspects of your project so you are completely clear of what is and is not included.

The presentation covers all our terms and conditions together with various ways to finance your project.

Step 4 (Order Confirmation)- All we require at this stage is a 10% deposit or an agreement for Finance, then we will arrange for a more technical Survey. This is to ensure that everything has been covered.

Our Surveyor will double check measurements, appliances and all services to be carried out to ensure a trouble free installation.

Once this Survey has been carried out your order will be processed and an installation date appointed where ever possible to suite you.

Step 5 (installation) - On the agreed date your installation will begin,

where electrics and plumbing are needed this will be carried out first

and then the cabinets installed. Our Installations Manager will introduce himself

and be available every day through out the installation to deal with anything

you may request.

At this stage unless you have taken out a finance agreement the delivery amount

is required leaving the installation amount once you are completely satisfied.

Once the cabinets are in place if you are requiring Granite then our Granite supplier

is called in to measure and confirm designs. Granite is normally installed 10-14 days after it has been mesured but if you require we can install the sink and hob temporarily so as you can carry on using your kitchen. All units are fitted with tops so you are able to use this as temporary tops. In the meantime if tiling is being undertaken our tiler will complete this work whilst your Granite is being prepared.

Once your Granite has been installed our Installer will return to carry out

the final installations and ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Step 6 (Final Inspection) - Once the installer has confirmed that your installation has been completed, our Installations Manager

will visit your home to discuss any questions or queries and to ensure that all areas have been covered to a highly professional standard.

Once our Installations Manager and you the client are completely satisfied the installation is signed off for you to enjoy.
